The officer pulls his weapon not knowing where the wheels are turning or not.
Fires shots, one hits the front windshield the other hits the rear view mirror.
I know you don't care about officers unless they can be used for political gamemanship (J6) but here is a body cam of something similar.

After seeing a longer and clearer video of what led up to the murder of Good it is apparent Ross deliberately committed murder.
Ross is carrying his cell phone around multiple cars videoing. That is evidence.
Ross turns his aim as her vehicle is turning. Indisputable evidence of Good's intention on leaving safely and Ross' intent on murdering a mom whom he is harassing.
ICE agents have no right to stop triffic without coordinating with local police - which they we not doing.
In fact, DHS is refusing to cooperate with state officials. It is alleged they are hiding Ross.
Noem and Leavitt have both announced that governors and mayors are going to be arrested next, even before any investigation.

Witnesses say otherwise.
ICE agents at the scene were trying to deal with a vehicle that had gotten stuck in the snow, Noem said on Wednesday. As other ICE vehicles arrived, so did protesters, a witness named Caitlin Callenson told member station MPR.
How: Callenson, who recorded a video of the incident, told MPR that agents gave Good conflicting orders: One agent told her to drive away while another told her to get out of her SUV, Callenson said.
Good is waving the ICE vehicles to go around her and appears to want to move her vehicle out from the center of the street.
Ross just instantly leaves his truck, marches straight to Good yelling at her "Get out of the ----ing car!" then leaps and yanks at her door handle - the vehicle is engaged, btw. It appears Ross was intent on dragging her outside. I would be wary of this aggressive act alone and understand not trusting him and leave the vehicle.
