This move by the US Army is in line with the sinister Trumpf junta's designs on vulnerable South American countries as outlined in the recently released imperialistic National Security Strategy.
The diabolical Trumpf junta is rehashing their version of the Monroe Doctrine and the 19th-century Knights of the Golden Circle movement to subjugate the darker-skinned peoples of resource-rich South America and intends to support or install rightwing satrapies loyal to the current regime.
Fort Benning, GA is the home of the "School of the Americas" which trains military officers from Central and South America. The name of the school may have changed recently and years ago some of their graduates were accused of leading paramilitary death-squads in Central America.
