Crypto Fraudster Sentenced for $40bn Stablecoin Crash

A former crypto entrepreneur who was behind two digital currencies that collapsed and lost an estimated $40bn (29.9bn) has been sentenced by a New York judge to 15 years in prison for an "epic" fraud.

Can one President override a previous President's pardon? I imagine a lot of people got rich and I imagine that extortion is behind some of the latest pardons, so could a President Newsom, say, override a Trump pardon?
