Roomba Maker IRobot to Merge with 2 Chinese Companies

Picea Robotics and its partner entered into a buyout deal with Roomba producer iRobot via court-supervised bankruptcy proceedings.

It's all about the data. We seriously need to start blocking these Chinese corporate takeovers. iRobot is a US based company. I get they are in bankruptcy but this is a serious problem.
