@#1 ... Why didn't this Islamic nutball go back to Lebanon to kill Israelis? ...
The answer is ... he didn't.
But the real question in my mind is... why didn't the US counter-terrorism team smoke him out before he did this?

Trump Administration Pulls Plug on Domestic Terrorism Tracking and Analysis Project (March 2025)
www.asisonline.org
... The Global Terrorism Database's Terrorism and Targeted Violence (T2V) in the United States project is an open-source database that contains information on thousands of domestic terrorist attacks that have occurred in the nation. It includes data on a range of attacks, including targeted attacks, such as workplace violence, school shootings, hate crimes, attacks on critical infrastructure, and more.
It was an invaluable resource for law enforcement, researchers, security practitioners, and policymakers until Tuesday, 25 March. That's when the Trump Administration pulled its funding"roughly $3 million, according to The Washington Post"and the site was taken down.
The database was led by the University of Maryland (UMD), which also runs the Consortium for the Study of Terrorism and Responses to Terrorism (START)"a university-based research and education center.
The Post reported that it reviewed an email from the Department of Homeland Security, which told email recipients that "the scope of work performed under this award no longer effectuates Department priorities." No specific details were provided in the email. ...

Because you did not look hard enough commie Spyboy.
And because some Americans can't tell the difference between Muslims and Sikhs.
Although Sikhs are no strangers to discrimination, there was a noticeable uptick in incidents following the September 11 attacks as Sikhs became targets of xenophobic violence based on perceived similarities in the visible identity of Sikhs and "terrorists." Specifically, the Sikh dastaar and kesh were conflated with the keffiyeh and beard maintained by Osama bin Laden and members of al-Qaeda and the Taliban.
There are plenty of examples of violence against Muslims. For instance, the American-Arab Anti-Discrimination Committee reported over 500 violent incidents directed against Muslims and those perceived to be Muslim in the two months following September 11.

ICE is already funded by the BBB. Dems withholding DHS funding has nothing to do with ICE. HC it sure does apply to TSA.
My link in #8 spells it all out, including what you're missing. It's a short read. I'll even post it again here to make it easy:
