City Prosecutors Join Forces to Bring Charges Against Federal Agents

Nine progressive prosecutors from cities around the US are launching a coalition to prosecute federal law enforcement officers who violate state laws called "Project for the Fight Against Federal Overreach" (AKA FAFO).

The next logical step is for progressive state attorney-generals to create a coalition with their own computer network servers so DHS can't penetrate them. This would be followed by progressive county sheriffs organizing an anti-ICE bloc. The roughly 3,000 county sheriffs nationwide already cooperate with each other through the National Sheriffs' Association (NSA). But since the majority of these elected sheriffs are Republican, this anti-ICE coalition would be a smaller group. Lastly, airlines, hotels, casinos, car rental agencies, credit unions, schools, and resorts can begin sharing information to blacklist identified ICE personnel.

*** ICE Idiots Try to Fool Medical Experts in Hospital Emergency Room ***

"ICU nurses immediately doubted the word of ICE Brownshirts when they arrived at a Minneapolis hospital with a Mexican immigrant who had broken bones in his face and skull.

ICE ruffians initially claimed Alberto Castaeda Mondragn had tried to flee while handcuffed and "purposefully ran headfirst into a brick wall," according to court documents filed by a lawyer seeking his release.

But staff members at Hennepin County Medical Center determined that could not possibly account for the fractures and bleeding throughout the 31-year-old's brain."

"Court records include an arrest warrant signed upon his arrival by an ICE officer, not an immigration judge."

So it's an unlawful arrest.

"About four hours after his arrest, he was taken to a hospital emergency room in suburban Edina with swelling and bruising around his right eye and bleeding."

That's assault.

"I almost think one doesn't have to be a physician to conclude that a person can't get skull fractures on both the right and left sides of their head and from front to back by running themselves into a wall," she said.

Republicans still believe he deliberately ran into a brick wall.
