The FAA issued a ground stop at NYC's LaGuardia Airport after an Air Canada plane collided with a Port Authority vehicle on the tarmac, injuring two PAPD police officers. One hundred passengers were on the Bombardier CRJ-900 jet which was carrying a group of Orthodox Jews from the New York area. Planes are being diverted to other airports.
