*** Israeli Court Closes Case into Palestinian Teen's Death Despite Evidence of Starvation ***

"An Israeli court has drawn criticism after closing an investigation into the death of a Palestinian teenager in custody, despite finding indications he had been starved prior to his death.

Walid Ahmad (17) died in Israeli custody in March 2025, six months after he was detained in the West Bank for allegedly throwing stones."

In the waning days of the Second World War, a US Army battalion closed in a Nazi concentration camp before the SS guards had a chance to evacuate, so they surrendered.

When our boys from Brooklyn, Chicago, LA, Boston, Atlanta, saw the emaciated and beaten prisoners, they were horrified and appalled.

Some of the prisoners that resembled walking skeletons began pointing out to the GIs the SS guards.

"This monster beat me with a rubber hose dozens of times."

"That sadist burned me with cigarettes on my arms and face."

Ad nauseum.

A handful of enraged GIs set up a machine gun, lined up the SS guards against the wall, and opened fire.

"RAT-A-TAT-A-TAT!"

"And that's that,' they remarked, like the assassins of the legendary Murder Incorporated.

The battalion commander-- an LTC-- heard the commotion from his CP and rushed to investigate.

By the time he got to the execution site, the deed was done.

For this XJK there was no judge or jury.

A subsequent US Army investigation found no one guilty of shooting unarmed prisoners, as horrible as they were.

This was at once, both an act of justice and vengeance, right?

Technically and legally, that was a war crime.

There was no combat adrenaline flowing in the GIs where a senior NCO had to bellow "Cease fire! Cease fire! God damn it, they're all dead already, stop shooting fer Chrissake!"

This happens frequently in firefights from many Soldiers from many countries.

In this non-combat scenario, there was no adrenaline-- just white hot rage-- and no US Soldier was ever convicted.

Some of those Soldiers may have been angry Jews, but that does not justify shooting unarmed prisoners without trial.

Justice and vengeance, all at once, and "that's that."

In 1944, captured German commandos from Otto Skorzeny's specialized unit wore US military uniforms to confuse our personnel and conduct mayhem behind our lines.

Once caught, these saboteurs were immediately tried, convicted as spies, and legally executed.
