They KNEW he was not going to release the files.

The plan was always for them to pass the law to say "See, we held the pedos accountable. It's not our fault he won't release the files." Otherwise, they would have never voted for it. Blanche came up with the plan, put himself in the position to oversee it and knew he would block the release of the files and names important to the GOP.

The GOP could force the release by starting impeachment proceedings of Blanche. But they won't. Because releasing all the files was never in their plan.

And all the GOP senators who voted yes for that law also voted yes for Todd to continue breaking that law as AG.

When the outcry over the files reached fever pitch last December and this law passed I knew that the DOJ would NEVER follow the law.

Now the AG has come straight out and said that NONE OF THE PEDOPHILES THAT RAPED AND MURDERED CHILDREN will be investigated or prosecuted.

The cover up is out in the open.
