It ought to mean, at bare minimum, you support the broad strokes of the party agenda. That's what "Being a Democrat" means to me. It means I am generally going to support the Democrat way of doing things, over the Republican way of doing things.
But there's no doubt that being a member of a political party means something completely different, to you. What you're doing, it's saying you're a Cowboys fan, but you also hope the Cowboys never make the playoffs.
And so I'm sure you can figure out why we think that's ---------.

I think if you were a registered Democrat it would be bad for business, and you're smart enough not to rock that boat.
Id Republicans ran a sensible candidate, you wouldn't have a problem voting for him, even with all the anti-abortion stuff, is that correct?
