There is fraud happening and the Minnesota State Legislature has had 10 hearings on it.
At the end of Nick Shirley's video (which I can't believe he left in) It explains that Republicans control the committee and refuse to allow the information needed to stop payments to fraudulent businesses. It's almost as if Republican higher ups are robbing the public funding and scapegoating Somalians.
