The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, in a court filing Monday, defended its subpoena seeking potential witnesses and victims of antisemitism at the university and said the request is not unusual for such investigations. The commission is seeking employees' names, home addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses to further an investigation it began in 2023 over the school's treatment of Jewish faculty and other employees regarding antisemitism complaints following Hamas' attack on Israel. "The EEOC insists that Penn produce this information without the consent " and indeed, over the objections " of the employees impacted while entirely disregarding the frightening and well-documented history of governmental entities that undertook efforts to identify and assemble information regarding persons of Jewish ancestry," the university wrote in its filing.

"I thought he may have been a Russian asset?"
That's Hasbara talk. Total disinformation. See youtu.be
What is in the Epstein files is evidence Epstein tried to schmooze the Russians; no the other way round. And there is nothing to suggest he was successful.
The crypto I made money on is called Zcash. It allows buyers and sellers to exchange tokens anonymously on the blockchain, which would obviously help in delivering the "true promise" of crypto by allowing us to do business behind the taxman's back. There is at least one other crypto that uses the same underlying zk-SNARK technology called Horizen.
"zk-SNARKs (Zero-Knowledge Succinct Non-Interactive Arguments of Knowledge) are cryptographic proofs that allow one party to prove knowledge of a secret without revealing the secret itself." This means I can verify your crypto and you can verify mine, without revealing e.g. how much we traded, and who we are.

"Epstein was thus feeding the Kremlin strategies to counter the economic war waged by the West."
"The U.S. Senate Finance Committee reviewed part of a confidential Treasury Department file on Epstein. The file shows that Epstein used several Russian banks, now under sanctions, to process payments related to his sex trafficking network. A significant number of his victims came from Russia, Belarus, and other East European countries, establishing a direct financial link between his criminal enterprise and financial institutions in the region. The scale of the transactions is staggering: one of his bank accounts alone recorded 4,725 transfers totaling nearly $1.1 billion, representing thousands of potential leads for investigation."
"For Yuri Shvetz, a KGB defector who was one of the first to show how Epstein's network had converged with that of the FSB, Pozhidaeva's case is clear: "How could someone as smart and educated as Pozhidaeva become a women's rights activist while possibly seeking the support of Jean-Luc Brunel and Jeffrey Epstein, who led and participated in human trafficking and the rape of underage girls for more than two decades?" There is only one explanation. She was an agent infiltrated with the help of Jeffrey Epstein to penetrate "the American network linked to supercomputers and artificial intelligence." Shvetz recalls that Putin considers artificial intelligence, supercomputers, and control of advanced information technology to be the most crucial national security issue for Russia, "as essential to the survival of his regime as the atomic bomb was to Stalin." "Seventeen thousand Russian computer scientists work in the United States, and many of them are linked to Russian intelligence services"brilliant people who have been employed by Apple, Microsoft, and other companies for years.""
"The Wall Street Journal reports that Epstein arranged meetings in 2006 between Peter Thiel and the Russian ambassador to the United Nations, Vitaly Churkin. Three days after Churkin's death, Epstein sent this email to Peter Thiel: "My friend the Russian Ambassador is dead. Life is short, let's start with dessert.""
