No, the case in court right now is a civil case and, as we already know, not subject to a presidential pardon.
However, as I mentioned before, Rudy could be dragging this civil case out until after January 20 in hopes (or perhaps even a Trump promise) that Trump will use the power of the purse (if you get my drift) to intimidate respective state governors to drop the civil cases against Rudy.
Of course, we know how much a "Trump promise" is worth but Rudy, in spite of all that's gone down, is still a staunch Trump supporter. And therein lies the mystery. Nobody but a fool would take Trump at his word.
Promises or no, my guess is Trump will let Rudy swing.
