Luis Mendoza-Gonzalez is an illegal immigrant from Mexico living in Waukegan, Illinois, who was arrested on charges of concealing a corpse, abusing a corpse, and obstruction of justice. He was released from custody after his first court appearance but was arrested again by ICE agents and remains in ICE custody.

The victim, 37-year-old Megan Bos, was found decapitated and stored in a bleach-filled container in Mendoza-Gonzalez's yard.

There should be accountability for future victims of the retained illegal criminals. Civil accountability for the victims and criminal accountability for the seditious officials who facilitated the unlawful release.
