SSI is a form of SS, but it differs from the SS retirement benefit because to get SSI you have to be disabled or blind. How many noncitizens do you think receive SSI in this country?

SSI is only administered by the SSA. It does not draw from the Social Security Funds but the general fund.

She was living in Missouri when I met her. Originally born in Oklahoma but predominantly lived in Wisconsin.
