The change was, as I stated, I hired a professional to do my resume.

I already had a resume. I sent them my version. We did about a one hour call where they asked me more details. Few days later they sent me the new document. Then I started getting callbacks.

I went from applying to ~20 jobs and getting one callback, to applying to three jobs and getting two callbacks. Night and day.

#4 I paid some pros on LinkedIn to do my resume. I think it was about $695. It got me the job, so it was worth it.
