Voters in Washington state could approve an anti-transgender law, Initiative Measure No. IL26-638, which would require girl student-athletes statewide to confirm their "biological sex" with genital inspections just to play sports. Opponents of the initiative say it's invasive, could block poorer students from getting verified, and could meet pushback from medical professionals who refuse to comply.
The initiative would require students who want to participate in girls' sports to provide "a health examination and consent form or other statement signed by the student's personal health care provider that verifies the student's biological sex, relying only on one or more of the following: The student's reproductive anatomy, genetic makeup, or normal endogenously produced testosterone levels."

I don't think the surveillance state will go away. At least not in this country, where we have no expectation of privacy in public.
I think the best hope for We The People is to deploy a surveillance system of our own, with the information publicly accessible to everyone.
Maybe, maybe some legislatures will decide we don't have the right to wear shoe cameras and film up girl's skirts at Pike Place Market, which is a case that came up when I lived in Seattle. But I don't think surveillance is going away.
P.S. the Seattle ban on ------- cameras... was determined to be illegal.

Release the Epstein files and kill everyone on them.

It's beyond pathetic that Democrats can't simply unite behind this.
You'd have to switch kill to prosecute everyone on them, but still.
Not gonna happen. Even though it's a slam dunk. Too many Citizens United stand against it.
