GA Prosecutor Guilty of Theft; That's Not the Big Story

A Georgia prosecutor pleaded guilty after prosecutors accused her of stealing from her county and the Prosecuting Attorney's Council of Georgia to cover travel, personal and unrelated expenses, according to Georgia Attorney General Chris Carr. Stephanie Woodard, solicitor general of Hall County out of Gainesville, pleaded guilty to unprofessional conduct and was sentenced to 12 months probation, the attorney general's office said in a press release.

I really don't care about this story, but after looking at it, I'm convinced this woman should not be running around loose.

She was a bad, bad girl.

She had to resign, pay $1200 in restitution, and sentenced to 12 months probation under Georgia's first offender law.

She said she's learned her lesson.
