Trump Sues CBS for $10 Billion over Harris Interview

Former President Donald Trump has sued CBS News, alleging the network's "deceitful" editing of a recent 60 Minutes interview with Vice President Kamala Harris misled the public and unfairly disadvantaged him. In a statement released Thursday, CBS News called the former president's claims "completely without merit" and said the network intended to vigorously defend against the lawsuit.

Probably Kamala has grounds for twice those damages because of the editing Fox News did on their Trump interview! All Trump voters could join that law suit and claim they were tricked into voting for ztrump because they were led to believe he is sane!

Trump's legal complaint was filed Thursday in federal court in the Northern District of Texas Amarillo division, a remote venue where the lone judge is a 2019 Trump appointee. Republican-led states and special interest groups have directed at least 14 politically sensitive cases to that court since January 2021
Sounds like Lawfare to me. Dinger will be very upset.

I hope sh*tlers lawyers got paid up front for this junk lawsuit.

Meh, if they're dumb enough to extend him credit like Rudy Colludy then they get what they deserve.

BTW Sh*tler can now be sued for non-payment by the GA election workers Rudy Colludy defamed.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA

Tots and Pears to sh*tler.

It's going to be interesting for him to demonstrate how he arrived at that figure for damages.

RIGHT/TRITE @ #5

"It's going to be interesting for him to demonstrate how he arrived at that figure for damages."

Trump is just -------- the pump for AFTER losing the election.

You know how these settlements work.

They always ask for more than they expect to get when it comes down to negotiations. $25 Billion is just Trump's ridiculous starting point.

When Trump loses, he's just trying to eek out an excuse. That's not a strong position.

I wouldn't be surprised if Trump loses and ends up forced to pay CBS's legal expenses.
