Sure, and here in the USA most retail pharmacist have little time for counseling. Mine consists of 'any questions?' Your co-pay is X thank you very much. All vaccines are given by a tech. There are good studies that show having a pharmacist do most of the counseling and prescribing for HBP they get better results. But they currently cannot prescribe or get paid for the counseling piece, so CVS or Walgreens won't be doing it.
