The FBI arrested Baron Martin (20) of Tucson, AZ for child sexual deviancy and cyberstalking. He is a key member of an online international violent terror network known as "764" and "CVLT." The 20-year-old defendant described himself as the "king of extortion" and claimed to be the "catalyst for thousands of extortions." A complaint is merely an allegation. All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
