I'd like to hear Biden try to pronounce Khalid Sheikh Mohammed.

"But guided by my conscience and my experience as a public defender, chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, Vice President, and now President, I am more convinced than ever that we must stop the use of the death penalty at the federal level." - Biden

After reading the article it is easy to see that the dude being "really really bad" was not even remotely the issue.

First he needs to get his day in court. Get convicted and sentenced.

THEN maybe they can kill him. Maybe they can revive him and then kill him again for Trumpy's amusement. Of course Trumpy could choose to commute his death sentence (should he get one).

Ha!! Figure the odds of that ever happening.

It appears that the government feels it would "irreparably harmed" if they are denied a chance for a public trial. And apparently Biden agreed. But no where did he agree to execute him.
