Trumpf Pardon Doesn't Cover 6 Jan Maniac for FBI Murder Plot

Donald Trumpf's sweeping pardons of insurrectionists who attacked the US Capitol on 6 Jan 2021 do not extend to the separate crime of Edward Kelley who plotted to murder FBI agents who investigated him. UDSJ Thomas Varlan ruled that the miscreant's actions after his initial arrest were "separated from the defendant's conduct in the DC Case by years and miles." Hi Corky: You may be right about the judge and high windows. Morale at the FBI must be the lowest ever, even with this affirmation that Edward Kelley's conviction stands. I don't think Kash Patel can do anything about it unless Trumpf gives this terrorist another bleeping pardon. What a country MAGA has given us.
