The accused get to face their accuser in this country.

Law enforcement should NEVER have the power to investigate, try, convict, sentence, and then implement the sentence. That destroys due process.

We have separate but equal branches for a reason

A judge should have signed a warrant. A judge should have held a hearing to ensure law enforcement arrested the right person. A judge Should have had a hearing to hear the facts from the accused and law enforcement.

That's how justice works in America for everyone. At least it's supposed to. There wasn't a judge anywhere in the process. It was unconstitutional as all get out.

Abrego-Garcia may or may not have had the loosest of affiliation with bad guys. But that is all a big smoke screen. The REAL issue and the BIG issue is that Trump's immigration service willfully and deliberately ignored the legal and binding order of multiple US Federal Judges. Trump brazenly has elected to ignore the Constitution and the law.

What every true American should be concerned about is not whether Abrego-Garcia ultimately stays or goes from the US, but rather Due Process and the Rule of Law is obeyed by the sitting President of the US. The Court ruled. Trump completely disregarded it.
