How can you believe she was not the best and brightest person available. Sure, Biden said he was only going to hire a black woman and thereby excluded 97.5% of the potential candidates - but who is to say the best and brightest wouldn't have come from 2.5% he did include?

I know, I know, the average black LSAT is only 142 while the non-black score is 152, but - what difference does 1 standard deviation really mean when compared to 'lived experience'? I mean, she is able to bring the unique experience of being upper middle class and still benefitting from DEI in America to the SCOTUS.

Worse than this, she takes pride in writing her opinions so this complete lack of understanding of the law cannot be blamed on a clerk or her staff. This was her stupidity on full display.
