Dahlia Lithwick: It's hard to know where she goes next, and I think that's why they're so spooked by her.

How is that racist? The almost presidentress Harris claimed to have worked in fast food. An honorable job compared to when she worked on Willy Brown's willy.

How is that racist? #9 | POSTED BY VISITOR_
Visitor, like most Trump supporters, doesn't see himself as racist.
Because it's just who he is.
He's not saying the N word when he sees a Black person.
But he's sure he's better than them.
Chris Rock one famously said, a white janitor wouldn't want to switch places with him, and he's rich.

It's five and a half minutes of laughter and facts. But the set I'm referring to start around 2:28.

- Willy Brown's willy.
He never said you, 'owned' it... isn't it time you learned how to share?

It's racist to pretend that KBJ isn't dumb as a stump and unqualified to be a Justice on the Supreme Court only because she is black.

A fool and his lies are soon, and easily, sorted:

If those credentials were earned and not DEI gifted why is she so ignorant of the law now? Did she have a stroke?

lmao... even among the dense rwingers here, you come off as the most likely Miss Stroke Victim Award Winner.
I mean, you may be jealous having always existed on Dumb as Dirt Support Systems, but her little finger knows more about the Law than you.

How might she be ignorant of the law?
Please be specific in your current alias' answer.
thx.

@#6 ... Most qualified justice on the court ...
imo, probably because she was not groomed by the Federalist Society.

How can you believe she was not the best and brightest person available. Sure, Biden said he was only going to hire a black woman and thereby excluded 97.5% of the potential candidates - but who is to say the best and brightest wouldn't have come from 2.5% he did include?
I know, I know, the average black LSAT is only 142 while the non-black score is 152, but - what difference does 1 standard deviation really mean when compared to 'lived experience'? I mean, she is able to bring the unique experience of being upper middle class and still benefitting from DEI in America to the SCOTUS.

Her dissent regarding the limitation of nationwide injunctions has been described as "at odds with more than two centuries' worth of precedent" by Justice ACB. ACB went on, to imply KJBs approach doesn't align with application of judicial precedent stemming from cases like Marbury v. Madison, which established the Supreme Court's power of judicial review.
Then all the other Justices agreed with ACB.
How is she knowledgeable of the law?
Please be specific.

Worse than this, she takes pride in writing her opinions so this complete lack of understanding of the law cannot be blamed on a clerk or her staff. This was her stupidity on full display.

Suddenly, in your current alias' view, precedent is the law?
OK, now your current alias and its other alias should do Roe vs Wade.
