I never really supported term limits as I naively felt that the ballot box was a built in term limiter of bad politicians and a rule limiting terms may only force out a good one.

Having grown up though, I realize that politicians are "forced" to be bad actors to keep their job.

The initial intent of our government was not to have career politicians... and this article just reinforces the need for term limits.

If you don't fear being primary-ed then maybe you'll do the right thing.
