Donald Trumpf's sweeping pardons of insurrectionists who attacked the US Capitol on 6 Jan 2021 do not extend to the separate crime of Edward Kelley who plotted to murder FBI agents who investigated him. UDSJ Thomas Varlan ruled that the miscreant's actions after his initial arrest were "separated from the defendant's conduct in the DC Case by years and miles." I wonder what D/FBI Kash Patel thinks of this? He organized fund-raisers for 6 Jan insurrectionists. "Patel has given money to alleged rioters through his foundation and even helped produce the patriotic song featuring jailed 6 Jan defendants that played at Trumpf campaign rallies." Hi Corky: You may be right about the judge and high windows. Morale at the FBI must be the lowest ever, even with this affirmation that Edward Kelley's conviction stands. I don't think Kash Patel can do anything about it unless Trumpf gives this terrorist another bleeping pardon. What a country MAGA has given us.
