That means an average Israeli citizen makes more per year than the average citizen of the UK, France, or Japan. Israel's social security system is ranked B+ (the US is graded C+) and they have universal healthcare for all residents. Israeli hi-tech military helped Azerbaijan against Armenia in their recent war over Nagorno-Karabakh and some of the Arab Gulf States contract with Israeli security company Black Cube. At the UN General Assembly, when a country does not vote against Israel, you will see a security contract or agreement behind the decision.
