Trump Administratio Petty Stupidity Continues

The American government is making it harder for Canadians to access the iconic library on the countries' border where Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem pulled a bizarre "51st state" stunt earlier this month.

#1 Hi Zed: The only way to possibly explain this temporary aberration to future generations might be using WWII Vichy France as an example. Vichy France remained generally unoccupied, but Marshal Petain took his marching orders from Berlin and supported the Third Reich: img-s-msn-com.akamaized.net

The Nazis liked Paris, and generally were favorable of France.

The Nazis did not want to destroy France. They wanted to acquire France intact like a corporate hostile takeover.

The Russians, I'm not sure they feel that way about America. They would prefer to part us out and sell us to the highest bidder.

#3: Hi Snoofy: Yes, the Russians want to dismantle the US, no doubt, or even start buying our resources, like the national parks or GSA buildings that might be for sale. I was trying to explain to future generations why Trumpf is making these stupid decisions against Canada, Mexico, Panama, or Greenland. In my analogy, he is today's Marshal Petain or Vidkun Quisling, following orders from foreign masters.
