I would prefer open borders to the fascist authoritarians that ICE has become. I see almost no difference between them and the SS of 1930s Germany. Rounding people up and sending them to places like South Sudan, or supermax prisons in El Salvador, and other random horrific places with which the people have no connection nor even in many cases any knowledge of the language. Basically just rounding up people and sending them to suffer horribly in distant locations. The fact that poisonous gas is not currently being used to kill them is a pathetic basis to insist that ICE is really not at all like Nazi in the mid to late '30s.

I would gladly take open borders over this American reality
