... U.S. District Judge Paula Xini in Maryland granted the motion from his attorneys.

"I am going to grant the motion for preliminary injunction I've reviewed, and I'll read this word for word, so that there is no dispute that the oral order is the written order," Xini, who was appointed by President Barack Obama, said during the hearing.

She ordered the government to return Abrego Garcia to the United States no later than 11:59 p.m. Monday. ...

@#1 ... and I'll read this word for word, so that there is no dispute that the oral order is the written order," ...

Wow, so the Judge seems to acknowledge and counter the lame legal games the Trump lawyers have been trying to play.

Lewzer only acknowledges Judges that were appointed by himself.

@#3 ... Lewzer only acknowledges Judges that were appointed by himself. ...

It goes beyond acknowledgement.

It is the unsubstantiated attacks upon the Judicial Branch of our Government because a Judge seems to disagree with Pres Trump's view.

Those viscous attacks by Pres Trump upon the Constitution are Not Good.

Well he will also ignore the order. He's too busy this weekend stuffing Saudi cash into his bank account anyway.

Yup.

Instead of caring about working families who see their IRA's tumble, and not saying a word of encouragement to those folk, Pres Trump seems to be enjoying golf.

Why doesn't Pres Trump seem to care about the suffering that his administration is fostering upon Americans?

"Why doesn't Pres Trump seem to care about the suffering that his administration is fostering upon Americans?"

Because he shorted the market...so he's doing just fine.

And that's the ONLY person he cares about.

Another $20,000,000 weekend of golf and grift at the taxpayer expense.

He also skipped the ceremony at Andrews to meet the four servicemen who died when their tank sunk in Estonia.

Wow, there seems to be an issue here.

What could it be?

John Wayne Is Big Leggy

...
Themes

The song was a combination of political satire and sexual humour, using nursery rhyme-style lyrics.

The protagonist, John Wayne, is having sexual intercourse with a Native American female. When Wayne's bandolier restricts their intimacy, she suggests he remove it. He refuses and suggests he -------- her instead.

This surreal image is intended as a comment on the treatment of indigenous people during the European colonisation, and was written after Jeremy Healy read Bury My Heart at Wounded Knee by historian Dee Brown. Wayne represents the European colonist, while his partner is the Native American people.

That's just the usual taxpayer chickenfeed. This weekend the Saudis are also renting his whole resort for their LIV tournament.

We all know that Trump doesn't have the class to admit a mistake. That would be like saying he was wrong about something and, in his opinion, HE IS NEVER WRONG.

And then Trump suspended the 15-year DOJ veteran attorney, (for not following orders from the Attorney General), who, when he was backed into a corner by the judge, admitted that Mr. Garcia had been deported in error.

Not following orders? From the Attorney General?

It's unfortunate that the attorneys in Trump's DOJ are expected to ignore that they are, first and foremost, Officers of the Court.

The administration's refusal to take responsibility and correct it willingly is telling.

They just don't give a damn.

FRESNO

They don't give a damn because Trump doesn't expect there to be a normal democratic election in 2028. Much in the same way Mr. Putin holds into power in Russia . . . something Trump has oft said he admires.
