Knowledge is power, and the Trump administration is hellbent on consolidating power within a closed loop. Science and other forms of independent thought have the potential to run counter to its promulgation of a system in which the populace receives all its information from Dear Leader and his claque. All you have to do is look at RFK Jr. and Dr. Oz to see how opposed they are to scientific knowledge.

If this doesn't trouble you, you are beyond help.
