Trump to Ramp Up Transfers to Guantanamo, Including Citizens of Allies

The administration is preparing to send thousands of foreigners to the infamous detention facility, including people from Britain, France and Italy, with no plans to notify their home governments, officials said.

Two thoughts:
(1) Why can't he just send these foreigners to their home countries? It's simpler, legal and cheaper.
(2) NATO countries will get honked off and hit Der Dotard where it hurts--with more military supplies to Ukraine
