Voters in southern Arizona have elected a new member of Congress, Democrat Adelita Grijalva. She easily won a special election to finish the term of her father, Congressman Raul Grijalva, who died in March. She will become Arizona's first Latina congressional representative. Her win also narrows the slim majority Republicans currently hold in the House. They can only lose two votes and still pass legislation.
