Trump-Supporting Pastor faces child porn charges

A Texas Christian singer and worship minister born without arms from the Houston area became an inspiration for his performances, earning praise and even an invitation to perform the National Anthem at a 2022 Trump rally. Now, he's facing shocking allegations of promoting child pornography. Jon Paul Sheptock, 49, the Worship Minister at First Montgomery Baptist Church in Montgomery, was arrested last month for the possession, production and distribution of child sexual assault materials. Montgomery County authorities said Sheptock was arrested while ministering to inmates at a state women's prison in Gatesville, just southwest of Waco.

As a kid I spent some summers traveling with the circus.
However tasty some of the roustabouts might be, they were always seen as a better sort than ...
Carnies.
Circus folk provided a show; carnies we're always addicted to running a grift.
Evangelical religion theatre in America isn't a circus attraction.
It's a carnival show for rubes run by a cast of damaged carnies.
