With Ka$h Patel on the case, what could possibly go wrong?

The assassination of JFK on 22 Nov 1963 was a local matter that was being legally investigated by the Dallas Police Department.

At the time presidential murder was not a federal offense, but a crime committed under whichever local jurisdiction.

The federal government immediately and unlawfully took over the investigation. Against the wishes of the Dallas PD, the USSS flew JFK's body back to Wash DC when it should have stayed at the city morgue.

The botched federal investigation and follow-up Warren Commission raised more questions than it answered.

What could possibly go wrong with D/FBI Kashyap Pramod Vinod Patel taking over the investigation of this murder in Minneapolis indeed.

Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem said Minnesota did not have jurisdiction.

Not having jurisdiction is different from cooperating in the investigation. Do leaders on the right thing that all people that hear their words are as stupid as they are? That must be it. They think that because of their position, they are the sharpest knives in the drawer and that anything they say to the masses will be believed.

Kristi Noem is blatantly lying.

Like you wrote, jurisdiction and non-cooperation are two separate matters.

On 22 Nov 1963, the (federal) USSS prevented (local) Dallas PD from conducting a lawful murder investigation into the death of JFK by moving his body and removing evidence.

Non-cooperation.

But the Dallas County District Attorney had already taken independent action by convening a Grand Jury.

AI Snapshot:

"In November 1963, following the assassination of President John F. Kennedy on 22 November 1963, Lee Harvey Oswald was arrested and charged with the murder. The Dallas County Grand Jury played a key role in the legal process related to this case. Specifically, the Grand Jury of Dallas County, Texas, was active during this period and was involved in indicting Jack Ruby on 26 November 1963, for the murder of Lee Harvey Oswald, who had been killed by Ruby two days after Kennedy's assassination."

The Hennepin County DA should have already convened a Grand Jury seeking a "True Bill" for the charge of Second Degree Murder against Jonathan Ross for killing Renee Nicole Good.

The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA) will obtain a search and arrest warrant for Jonathan Ross from a state judge after the indictment is unsealed.

An accusation or indictment is merely an allegation. All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
