Israel Demolishes UNRWA Facility, the Group that Helps Gazans get Food

These actions, together with previous arson attacks and a large-scale disinformation campaign, fly in the face of the ruling in October by the International Court of Justice, which restated that Israel is obliged under international law to facilitate UNRWA's operations, not hinder or prevent them. The court also stressed that Israel has no jurisdiction over East Jerusalem. There can be no exceptions. This must be a wake-up call. What happens today to UNRWA will happen tomorrow to any other international organization or diplomatic mission, whether in the Occupied Palestinian Territory or anywhere around the world. International law has come under increasing attack for too long and is risking irrelevancy in the absence of response by Member States.

Video: IDF Gleefully Destroys UNRWA Facility

UNRWA supports approximately six million Palestinian refugees across Gaza, the West Bank, East Jerusalem, Jordan, Lebanon, and Syria. Specifically, in Gaza, UNRWA provides healthcare services to over 1.2m registered Palestine refugees through 22 health centers, making it the largest provider of primary healthcare in the area.

In terms of medical care, UNRWA conducts over 10,000 medical consultations daily in Gaza alone. UNRWA provides emergency food and cash assistance to around 2.6m Palestine refugees.

Overall, UNRWA's mandate is to provide education, healthcare, and social services to about six million Palestinian refugees, with tens of thousands of local staff delivering these essential services.

Israel's brutal ethnic cleansing pogrom against the Palestinians continues. US polls reflect less and less American public support for Israel, which has killed nearly 71,551 Palestinians and wounded or maimed another 171,372 since 7 Oct 2023, the majority of them women and children. This brazen assault on UNRWA will add to the Palestinian death toll.

An international arrest warrant issued by the ICC for crimes against humanity remains active for the diabolical Benjamin Netanyahu. In addition, the Istanbul Public Prosecutor in Turkiye issued arrest warrants for Netanyahu and 32 other Israelis accused of committing war crimes. An indictment is merely an allegation. All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law or at an international tribunal at the Hague.

The hardworking American taxpayer continues sending Israel billions of dollars a year. Wealthy, nuclear-armed Israel has a top ten universal healthcare system for all its residents, a social security system ranked at "B+" compared to America which is ranked at "C+", and Israeli GNI is $52,940. This is almost exactly on par with Germany (Europe's largest economy) whose GNI is $54,960.

Peace Samaritans and the antiwar bloc in America will not vote for any candidate in the 3 Nov 2026 midterm or 7 Nov 2028 presidential election that supports cruelty, oppression, injustice, or ethnic cleansing like witnessed here.

And for the Palestinian people, it doesn't matter one iota whether a Republican or Democratic POTUS sits in the White House.

Donny Doll Hands is having the architect of Palestinian genocide on the Peace Board for the tidy sum of $1 billion for three years payable to his private bank account in Qatar.

The corruption is right out in the open.

Gaza is done.

Israel has been systematically destroying it and killing anyone in their way.

That Mediterranean property is very valuable and Netanyahu has plans to build resorts there. Trump will build a Trump towers there.

Wealthy Europeans will flock there for vacation.

Palestinians will be fading a memory.

Israel National Security Minister Itamar Ben Gvir led IDF troops as they gleefully demolished the headquarters of UNRWA in East Jerusalem.

"[This is] a historic day for sovereignty in Jerusalem," Ben Gvir brayed. "Today, these terror supporters are being kicked out along with everything they built. This is what will be done to every terror supporter."

Jerusalem mayor Aryeh King threatened to kill UN personnel:

"God willing, we will expel, kill, eliminate and destroy all UNRWA personnel."
