I see our dangerously deranged dotard as the kind of arsonist who tends to set blazes not to get off on the fire itself, nor the destruction it causes. This chaos aficionado ----- it to all the response the fire generates--the sirens, the fire and ambulance crews and the oh!-so important media coverage--all caused by a sick, sundowning sociopath whose mother I suspect had no real intrest in properly toilet training him, hense his prefered choice in undergarments and odd predilection to fiil them as some strange manifestation of perceived power over others and whatever situation dares vex him.
