Israeli President Isaac Herzog decided not to pardon Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on charges of bribery, fraud, and breach of trust, opting instead to attempt to negotiate a plea deal. Netanyahu has been on trial for six years across three separate corruption cases. A plea agreement would require an admission of guilt, in addition to likely requiring Netanyahu to resign from office.
An international arrest warrant remains in effect for Netanyahu who convinced U.S. President Donald Trump to recklessly and illegally attack the people of Iran which has been costing the hardworking American taxpayer billions and billions of dollars while jacking up fuel and food prices nationwide.
