It is just a TV show but censorship is what we knew happens in Russia and China but not here. Well, we were wrong!

Where's that --- Ballwasher decrying "censorship"? ------- worthless ----.

He loves censorship.

He leads a book a library burning party every week.

I found the show's close rather wistful, the Sullivan Theater inside a snow globe, the chime playing the show's theme song. If there is any real karma in this world, I hope this bites CBS/Paramount where it hurts most...greatly reduced viewership and the resultant loss of ad revenue. For those not paying attention, this sad episode of naked censorship will undoubtedly change broadcast television from this point on.

Saw the Last Show.

As promised Paramount + canceled.

I am gonna miss Jon Stuart (he's also on paramount). Guess I will just have to catch him on the YouTubes.

Why pay for CBS when an antenna gets it for free?

**** Catholic League Slimes Stephen Colbert ****

"Stephen Colbert offended Catholicism. It's time the media stopped portraying him as a poor Catholic soul who was victimized by corporate greed."

~snip~

Bet $50 Stephen Colbert is the first guest on SNL in a few months.

The entitlement is truly a sight to behold. The show loses $40 million per year and somehow it's censorship to cut the loss.

Commies never change.

Re: #8

Sez CBS.

Serious question:
Why would you believe what they claim?

Free advice (worth every penny):
Rather than believe what CBS says, watch what they actually do in the future.

He's just trolling.

You'll notice he's posting something inflammatory on several threads in hopes of getting some attention.

That poster stopped being relevant back before RCade first banned him.

" Serious question:
Why would you believe what they claim?"

Do you have any proof to show they are making it up?

Look at how many staff members his show has. Look at the pittance of an audience. Joe Rogan with a fraction of the staff has way more viewership on a fricking podcast.

CBS is on public airwaves in a regulated industry. They have financial disclosure.

Re #11:

It's your claim, you provide the proof.

"The Late Night Show with Colbert is costing CBS $40 million a season. Why should Paramount keep it going?"

"Trump is costing Americans Billions a day, he's the greatest president in America! Trump 2028!!!"

It's not my claim. It's been publicly disclosed by CBS and the claim has never been in dispute that I've seen.

Welcome to the real business world. Enterprises that bleed $40 million per year get cut. That his show lasted as long as it did speaks far more the the Commie leanings of those involved than it does to any sense of business acumen.
