There's a southern migration taking place in the U.S. today, and it's not since of the weather condition.
The National Association of Realtors' 2024 Migration Trends report launched today reveals Southern states controlled in drawing in one of the most individuals to move within their borders in 2015, and just 1% of those who moved stated they did so since of climate-related factors, according to its analysis of U.S. Census Bureau information.
The research study discovered 42% of the Americans who relocated to a various state in 2015 pointed out real estate factors, while 26% did so for household factors and 16% leapt borders for work factors. Just 2% stated they moved due to return-to-office policies.
