Currently the redistricting in VA is on hold until it goes to the Supreme Court.

It seems rules were broken in the process of holding this election.

If I get this right, VA has 11 districts and currently Republicans control 6 of them.

After redistricting Republicans will control only 1 of the 11 even though the popular vote is pretty close to 50/50 Democrat/Republican.

The wording on the VA ballot for the redistricting vote was worded,

Should the Constitution of Virginia be amended to allow the General Assembly to temporarily adopt new congressional districts to restore fairness in the upcoming elections, while ensuring Virginia's standard redistricting process resumes for all future redistricting after the 2030 census?

Multiple lawsuits have been filed.

The wording of the ballot is pathetic.

They're legally restricted from sharing patient information without permission.
