As for me, I am a So Cal transplant and I think these temperatures are VERY rude, more suitable to curling up on the sofa, under a blanket and reading a good book. Update to the subject of this thread. Per the father's lawyer, father and son crossed the border and stated they were seeking asylum. They are in the process, have filed paperwork and attended court dates as required. He had just picked up his child from pre-school. He pulled into his driveway and ICE arrested him. So, here you have another example of them following the system as you said you support, and ICE shows up at his house to arrest him.

A school employee saw something happening and stopped to see what was going on. She said she would take the boy back to school and hold him safely until the mother could pick him up later. She said there was someone else inside the house that could have accepted the child, but ICE refused the requests.

So Bellringer, STD, Visitor, ISB and any others I may have missed, do YOU support this system of arresting those in the middle of the asylum process? Keep this up and you will encourage people to not follow the system because it is a setup to be arrested and deported.

ICE today is claiming MN is protecting criminals, Head of Corrections Dept show video of the criminals being released into ICE custody from the jail 2 weeks ago.

ICE claiming there are over 1,400 criminals in the corrections system here. Head of Corrections contacted all the jails and there are less than 350.

But by all means, feel free to prove you are an idiot if you believe ANYTHING this administration puts out.

So, the sofa molester visited Mpls today. He and some ICE guy held a news conference. The ICE guy is showing pictures of criminals and accusing the Mpls police of releasing them into the city. The head of the Corrections Dept comes out and calls them liars. He showed video of the men being released into ICE custody 2 weeks ago from the corrections facilities.

This admin cannot tell the truth about anything.

This story just came up on the local evening news while I was reading the comments here. They were interviewing a civil rights attorney, who I believe was part of the protest. She said the pastor invited the protesters into the church. The pastor shouted "Shame, Shame" at them. I missed some salient points as I was not paying attention until I realized it was this event they were discussing. I'll the check news website to followup on this story.
