One of the problems with the tax code is the brackets used to cover just about everybody.

Nowadays, the gap between the top bracket, and what the richest actually make, keeps getting larger, and then much larger, and then much, MUCH larger.

Someone making $1 million a year, and somebody making 1000 times that number, are in the same marginal tax bracket.
