Trump just spews numbers that sound good because his naive supporters fall for it every time. He'll talk to a company or country about investing in the US, which they were obviously going to anyway, and suddenly it's "I just made a deal with company/country worth (sounds like a lot of money)".

I saw Republicans claiming that clinging to the boat was "trying to save the drugs". They'll say and believe anything.

Thanks! I should have known better.

It is nice that this is being done but it's not very practical. Parents who can't afford to contribute thousands yearly aren't going to. Parents who can afford to could just do it anyway without the $250. $250 is peanuts compared to all the other money that would have to be put in.
