It's true though. Iran and Afghanistan would be a lot different if the UK, US and USSR weren't screwing over those countries for decades. Look up pictures of Iran and Afghanistan in the 1950s. A lot of it is like looking at 1950s America.

There's no excuse for Iran and Afghanistan's treatment of women but I think it's pretty fair to lay blame on their regimes and how they became that way.

Trump can bomb and bluster all he wants but Iran holds all the cards. They've been dealing with attacks and sanctions for decades. They can easily hold out for years. The past few months are like a blink of an eye.
