Trump is just a little boy who physically grew up but is still about his privilege and ability to play at being god since he is rich as god.

And I think a majority of American voters see America as being in a permanent fight with fascism, where every other election or so, a Trump will arise to champion hate and behind the scenes be all about turning the lives of the rich into the new inherited nobility in America. Great wealth sooner or later sees itself as deserving of owning the politicians and the courts...

Musk is wildly incompetent to be the guy to administer a review of governmental programs and expenditures.

And it will cost many lives of the poorest and the most lost in America, as they find their safety net gone and no bottom to the fall.

You just know that Russian and Chinese war planners are working out plans that involve putting Trump's appointees to the test and people like Hegseth are clearly the weak point in our military defense. Trump made sure we had no-one like like Jim Mattis, to stop him from his fascist grifting ways, but that in the end weakens America.
Although, the more I think about it, if I were part of the Chinese or Russian war machine, I would be looking to bribe Trump and his gang...they are not the most patriotic of leaders.

Have to admit Trump is consistent...a consistent grifter at the top of his game, punishing those who don't cross his palms, and rewarding those who give him huge planes with promises of using American forces as protectors for them.

Hey, if you cannot trust the Health and Human Services Secretary, who the heck can you trust.
Conversely, if you catch him in enough lies, does that mean you shouldn't believe a damn word he says?
I am pretty much in the second camp, though I think he actually has an idea or two that makes sense, but if we listen to him, when the next pandemic hits, we oldsters will be toast, no doubt about it.

Interesting, but all in all, the best advice for we humans, is understand we need peace and quiet and being able to get a relaxed period of sleep. NOT, some idiot pill that somehow lets us survive as drones with little to no sleep. NO, I do not trust big pharma even a little bit.

It is as if our greatest enemies, including the mass murderer Putin and China's leader Xi, found a way to ruin American democracy by helping a fascist get elected to run our Constitutional democracy. And our greatest danger is racial animus, which Trump exploits day and night.

Road rage is one sign of a bullied and totally lost individual because to heal they have to see, to feel that who they hate, who they are so afraid of, raised them. Lots of people in prison who far too late realize that they were ;prisoners of their own trauma. Good therapy actually works, or at least helps one turn away from the stupidity of raging over insignificant things.

Think Netanyahu pandering to Hamas...until the breakout rebellion and yes, war crimes were committed by Hamas.
If Trump can get someone, somewhere, to attack America, he is President for Life, I am sure that is going on in his mind.

I thought I was cynical thanks to Nixon and Kissinger and the Vietnam War, but Trump is a different kind of unAmerican fascist.

Chinese electric vehicles had a 100% tariff on them, now it is much greater. If Tesla had to compete without tariffs, vehicles from at least three markets would bankrupt them.
That is a fact, and the blame of that goes to people like Nixon, so long ago, for "opening China" to American manufacturing. The major companies made trillions by producing for cheap and selling for dear, and now Trump wants to pretend it just happened, his party isn't to blame...

Fascism, the permanent rule of a tiny majority over the great majority, using violence and suppression of rights, just does not allow the master race to fail. I am old and white and rule nothing and no one, and I certainly deny the legitimacy of the legacy of White South African apartheid.
Wonder if American apartheid is on the menu, at least the menu in Trump's noggin.

One sure sign of the apocalypse, at least in terms of civilizations crumbling, is when there emerges a tiny upper caste that takes it all, owns it all, and demands obsequious obedience..
And, of course, the people get sicker, and their tools...planes and cars and factories, crumble under the weigh of foreign competition.
