Typically this means the VPOTUS candidate is from a state where the POTUS candidate is weaker than desired.

So, look at the states where VP Harris is weak as a POTUS candidate.

Those states may well be the prime areas to find a VPOTUS candidate.

It seems to presume that VP Harris is now the anointed Presidential candidate.

But the question it raises is, who might be her running mate.

The thread seems to assume a calm transference of ~Presidential candidate~ from Pres Biden to VP Harris.

I remain to be convinced, given the prior chaotic behavior of Democrats, that such a smooth transition will occur.
