This is nothing new and clearly panaceas are nonexistent. So what does that tell you? IOW, it should explain why a solution hasn't been found. Ummmmmmm no. I believe that Biden chose Kamala in order to get Clyburns support. Obama had nothing to do with 2020. In fact Obama I don't think believed Biden would run again as President. That's partially why he chose him to be his VP running mate.

Obama forced Harris on Biden and as the ultimate -- to the Democrat Party for deposing him he endorsed her immediately to sink the Democrats chance of attempting any real sort of a challenge.
